25 g samphire
6 olives
80 g feta cheese
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
1 small baguette
Olive oil
Method
Cut the vegetables and baguette into bite-sized pieces.
Combine with feta, olives and samphire.
Finish with olive oil and serve as a meze or a light starter.
