Dakos with sprat marinated and rock samphire

  • 8 dakos
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 g rock samphire
  • 200 g sprat marinated

For parsley sauce

  • 1/3  cup of olive oil
  • Lemon juice and scrap(1 lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 chili pepper
  • ½  teaspoon fresh oregano
  • 3 tablespoons fresh leaves of parsley roughly chopped

Mix in a blender the sauce ingredients, except for the parsley. Pour the mixture into a jar, add the parsley and refrigerate.

Pour the mixture onto dakos, add the tomatoes after grating them and sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper. Put on the sauce the rock samphire and the sprat and serve.
