Salad with rock samphire, sprat marinated and tomato sauce

  • 1 jar of rock samphire
  • 40 fillet sprats marinated

For the sauce

  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 200 ml vinegar
  • Salt & pepper

Cut the tomato in the middle, squeeze it slightly by hand and mash it with garlic in a blender. Strain the mashed potatoes in a thin strainer. Take the tomato juice out, add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and stir.
