Home-made cheese in pan (saganaki) with rock samphire

  • Cheese of your choice sliced (haloumi,kefalotyri,graviera)
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 200 g rock samphire
  • 50 g caper
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper

Fry the cheese in a nonstick pan. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces, add the rock samphire, caper and olive oil, add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir.
Place a fried slice of cheese on a plate and garnish with the mixture.
