- Cheese of your choice sliced (haloumi,kefalotyri,graviera)
- 6 tomatoes
- 200 g rock samphire
- 50 g caper
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
Fry the cheese in a nonstick pan. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces, add the rock samphire, caper and olive oil, add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir.
Place a fried slice of cheese on a plate and garnish with the mixture.
