Starter with rock samphire

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 25 g rock samphire
  • 6 olives
  • 80 g feta cheese
  • ½ onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 baguette (1/2 kg)
  • Olive oil

Chop the tomatoes, the onion and the green pepper and put them in a bowl.
Add the olives after cutting them into rings and the rock samphire. Drizzle with oil. Add a little salt and mix slightly.

Cut the baguette along on the top (i.e. open as box) and remove the crumb. Fill in the baguette with this mixture and put the top slice. Close the baguette and serve.
