- ¼ kg split peas
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 50 g rock samphire
- Olive oil
Fill a saucepan with about a liter of water and boil the split peas with the onion and the garlic (whole).
After boiling (about half an hour), put them in a blender with the lemon juice and olive oil and mash until they become mush.
Garnish with rock samphire and serve.
